The How To Page
Have you ever wondered how comics get put together? Well there is more to it than what I can show here but basically the way to do it is shown with the two covers for the Pride Junkie below.
Step 1: The picture has been drawn in pencil and then inked on comic art board.
Step 2: The picture is then photographed or scanned, and coloured using a paint program such as Photoshop (this step can be done with markers, crayons, etc).
Step 3: Then the logos and wording are put on using a program such as Illustrator. Of course those can also be done by hand. The page is then resized and sent to the printer.
